what? They are offered all the time all over the world. Go ahead and imagine
taking a hot yoga retreat….you can start here.
What are Bikram Yoga Retreats?
Imagine flying to a wonderful location, staying in gorgeous accommodations, eating yummy healthy food and taking one or two Bikram Yoga classes every day. It's a time to reflect, regenerate, heal, renew and revive. You would get to work with an instructor more closely than you do at your home studio, so you would get personal instruction and could improve your practice. Perhaps you get to do this somewhere far away, like Mexico or Bali, or maybe close to home. Maybe the retreat you find will offer a unique twist - like combining raw foods with Bikram Yoga. Whatever the specifics of the retreat you choose, having time away to practice bikram yoga every day is a dreamy luxury!
Where are these Bikram Yoga Vacations?
Everywhere. Think Mexico, California, France, Vermont and Texas.

Wow. I'm really feeling moved after reading all about Melissa and her retreats. This lady is ALL ABOUT balance, health, energy and going for what she wants in her life. I'd gravitate towards that!
FireflYoga specializes in combining Bikram Yoga with another activity - often something related to energy, meditation, nutrition, Ayurveda or adrenaline-rushing adventures.
Currently she offering a 2016 Retreat in Bali, and stay tuned for information on the next retreat.
As if doing Bikram Yoga every day in Thailand isn’t exciting enough?
Detox Destinations offers a Bikram Yoga Wellness Week that goes way beyond the expectations of a regular hot yoga retreat.
On top of regular Bikram Yoga classes, you get tons of extras – private classes, posture clinics, a raw food cooking class…the list of extras is so huge and unique you really have to check it out for yourself (seriously, you get a Stand Up Paddle Board lesson, too?)
Another benefit that Detox Destinations offers as part of this dreamy holiday? It’s family friendly; you can bring along guests (even children!) who might not necessarily want to do the Bikram Yoga. Donna from Detox Destinations also keeps the cost surprisingly reasonable by offering several different accommodation options.
